Winter Willow Snowflakes

During this one-day class, you will learn to make willow snowflake ornaments. Based on a traditional German technique, we will use a small jig to set in prepared willow and wrap with waxed linen. Make as many ornaments as time permits, in many different styles. We will also discuss the process of preparing the willow for use in this project. All materials and tools will be made available.
FEE: $75 + $15 material fee. Tea and warm, homemade soup included!

Our afternoon will conclude as we walk the evergreen spiral, honoring the return of light within our hearts. A celebratory community potluck included!
