Safe Welcome Protocol


We care about everyone who comes here and want to ensure a safe environment for all. The advantages to spending time, here at Hawk Circle, are many --one being a place to feel safe and nurtured while immersed in the natural world.  It's what allows for a truly transformative experience.  Because of this, we've worked hard to put together a safety protocol that best serves people's various needs.
 
Please understand, that this protocol is subject to change in accordance with
COVID conditions at the local, state or national level.

Current Requirements for Program Participants:
  • All participants must arrive showing a current negative test result.
  • We also accept over-the-counter tests that can be brought with you and taken upon arrival.
  • Because of our testing requirement, mask-wearing is optional at this time.
  • If you prefer not to take a test, then a mask is required while in the company of others(both indoors and outdoors) and with standard social distancing of 6 feet.
  • If you test positive for COVID, before or at the time of your arrival, we can apply half your program fee to another program in the future. (please read next line)

Current Requirements for Cabin Rentals and Solo Retreats:
  • NYS currently requires masks in all indoor, common use spaces.
  • Social distancing of 6 feet is also required.
  • If you participate in one of our classes while here, then please read the above requirements.

This Safe Welcome protocol is based on New York State's requirements

as of the fall, 2021.

Here's How Our Environment Supports Safety:
  • Small group size
  • Single use cabins or double occupancy when possible.
  • Outdoor eating deck, as well as picnic tables set away from others.
  • Outdoor showers and changing rooms with lots of natural ventilation.
  • Private bathrooms that are cleaned regularly and have open windows for ventilation.
  • Most programs involve a lot of outdoor time, and for some, 100% taught outdoors. 
  • We practice COVID safety protocols when it comes to cleaning our cabins and wiping down common area's counters and tables.
