Ricardo creates the curriculum and manages the program content for the CROP After School program, where Hawk Circle is a non-profit partner in providing enrichment and engaging experiences for students in grades 5-8.

This program is currently in 14 local schools, across a vast rural area, serving hundreds of children.   

​

Ricardo is also occasionally an educator, leading activities for youth in wilderness skills, creative self expression and problem solving.
