We believe that buildings can be both practical and beautiful!  Designed for strength using time tested timber frame methods of building, Eagle House will be an example of bringing the beauty of craftsmanship and artistic inspiration together with practical and sustainable methods of building.

We will be using a clay/chip infill for the walls and using earthen plasters both inside and out, providing a truly organic feel to the building that is both inspiring and awakening to the imagination. 

Eagle House will be powered by either solar or wind power providing a valuable and direct learning experience for all who visit.

As with all our building projects, it is a community experience, as both staff and students of all ages are inspired and join in the experience of both building and erecting our timber frame buildings.

My travels to sacred sites over the past 18 years has brought me to some amazing old villages and cities.  What has continued to inspire me is the ancient buildings, still standing and providing shelter for prayer, gathering and a variety of other needs.  There is something so deeply profound when walking through a doorway of a building that people hundreds of years ago passed through, or kneeling in a place of prayer that provided sanctuary for thousands of  people who lived before me.   There is an indescribable feeling when being in a building that has been built to last.  They are imbued with spirit, like standing next to an old oak tree, a solid presence amongst a forever changing world.  This is what we imagine Eagle House becoming.  A place where people will gather for years to come.  Your support in building Eagle House is greatly needed and appreciated!
